We repair chewed, rotted, or torn-open rooflines and rebuild them with pest-rated materials, sealed junctions, and screened intakes — the #1 entry zone for squirrels and raccoons. Every rebuild is inspected by a wildlife technician before we close it up, so nothing gets sealed in by mistake.

Utility penetrations, garage thresholds, siding gaps, weep vents, AC lines. We map every opening larger than a dime and close it with permanent construction-grade solutions, not caulk and foam — the kind of fix that’s still holding in ten years.

Buried galvanized barriers around decks, sheds, additions, and slabs stop rats, skunks, and groundhogs from tunnelling under — installed during renovation or retrofit, and covered by the same written warranty as everything else we build.
